Thought pancakes were just for a treat? Well think again, Pana Wellness have shared with us their amazing banana oat pancake recipe and we are in love 💖 These pancake are super healthy and super easy to make - the perfect excuse to have pancakes whenever you want 🥞

Pana is a wellness platform that promotes health and happiness in a really accessible and fun way. With that in mind they have given us the perfect breakfast idea for your BamBox. These pancakes are great fresh or pre-made and stored in the fridge overnight if you're in a rush in the morning.

Banana Oat Pancakes


  1. Blitz the eggs, milk, banana and half the oats in a blender until smooth

  2. Add the rest of the oats, flour and cinnamon and stir until it’s mixed together

  3. Leave the mixture to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes

  4. Grease the frying plan with a little oil

  5. Pour in the batter and cook on a medium heat until golden brown on each side

  6. Top with ingredients and stack!

Ingredients list

  • 100g (1 cup) of oats

  • 2 free range eggs

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 TBSP self-raising flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 splash of milk

  • 1 tsp butter or oil to grease the pan
